My father and mother were both in their college choir (at Kansas Wesleyan University). Though neither of them sang publicly as I was growing up, we sang a lot in the car, especially on long trips. Dad would start a song and everybody would join in, with as many harmony lines as we could manage. This was one of my favorites.
